Cosmopack The Wall – The winners
Bologna, March 17, 2017 – Cosmopack, the B2B event which involves the international beauty supply chain, announced the winners of The Cosmopack Wall Award contest, at its 4th edition: a not-to-be-missed initiative dedicated to leading companies, both from Italy and from foreign countries, which can present the latest technologies that will build the future of the beauty industry.
Among the over 100 projects presented this year by Cosmopack exhibitors, the winners for 8 categories have been selected by Beautystreams, international trend agency, strategic partner for the initiative.
The theme of 2017 edition was “Let’s get emotional…urban poetry”: the emotion arisen by original packaging design, by the texture of a cream or by a fragrance may drive the purchase process by final customers.
The winner for the category “FORMULA MAKE UP” is GOTHA COSMETICS with the project “Bi-Metallic Eyes & Face Color Veil”, lightweight and easy-to-apply cream for face and eyes.
The project of MYC PACKAGING INNOVATION, “Transforming Eye Shadow Kajal”, won for the category PACKAGING MAKE UP: an innovative packaging line for eyes and lips products. Among the most important characteristics of this product, the portable and practical packaging which guarantees a quick change of make-up on-the-go.
The project “Bottle in Bottle Marble Mascara” of GEKA GMBH won the TECHNOLOGY award: the first mascara with “marble-effect”, available in three colors in “urban poetry” style and a silver tap. Each product is unique: marbling looks slightly different on each packaging.
ANCOROTTI COSMETICS SPA won the DESIGN award with “Extruded Powder”, characterized by extremely defined and precise drawings and reliefs never seen on powder compacts before, with a high concentration of pearls and pigments. The brightness of the colors and the precision of the decorative motifs convinced the jury to choose this product as the winner for the category.
For the category FORMULA SKIN CARE, the winner was PINK FROGS COSMETICS with “Sleeping Metallic Mask”: a facial mask rich in detox ingredients, nourishing and anti-age. The product received the award thanks to its combination of emotion and technology, for its efficiency and well-being of the skin.
KARZA achieved the award for the PACKAGING SKIN CARE category thanks to “Helium”: an innovative dispenser for cosmetics, to protect the integrity of the products. The jury decided to award “Helium” because of the modernity of the packaging, ideal for modern urban on-the-go lifestyles. Furthermore, the airless technology permits more natural and sustainable formulations.
O-PAC SOCIETA’ won the INSPIRATION award with its product “24h Urban Kits in Wipes”, thanks to the anti-pollution action of micellar water. The 24-hours chrono-targeted solution makes this product a reassuring, yet time-efficient ritual throughout hectic modern days.
CHROMAVIS won the SPECIAL AVANT-GARDE Award with the product “New vision eyes & lips”. Its technology combines two different textures to get different performances without any physical barriers in a single all-over product.
