Flynn is the Principal Industry Analyst for Global Beauty at Google. She leads the global insights + analytics practice for the Personal Care Vertical. Her team is obsessed with using data to understand every little weird thing about the consumer, their culture + the big picture of what's going on in the Personal Care category. They partner with Google's top advertisers for all things Strategic Insights, Trends + Media Measurement related to help move their businesses.

Prior to joining Google, Flynn held various roles in Global Marketing, Digital Marketing & Media in the Beauty Industry.
