Flynn is a Brand Marketer with 10 years of experience at the center of where the CPG Industry and the Digital world cross paths – she’s super passionate about figuring out how to use this new world of digital and data to build better Brands and better Connections with Consumers.

Flynn is the Principal Industry Analyst for Global Beauty at Google. She leads the global insights + analytics practice for the Personal Care Vertical. Her team is obsessed with using data to understand every little weird thing about the consumer, their culture + the big picture of what's going on in the Personal Care category. They partner with Google's top advertisers for all things Strategic Insights, Trends + Media Measurement related to help move their businesses.

Prior to joining Google, Flynn held various roles in Global Marketing, Digital Marketing & Media in the Beauty Industry.
