Beautystars are ever more experts and their influence make beauty digital. NellyRodi will decipher the latest trends to watch on the beauty market, with a special focus on a segment that is no longer niche: Men’s Beauty. Questioning how this global trend deals with persistent stereotypes on gender, highlighting the role of male beauty influencers, and scouting new smart brands on this fast-evolving segment.

Expert in brand strategy, style & consumer lifestyles, Charlotte is a passionate brand strategist, making benchmark rationales attractive and delivering consumer insights for new brand visions. Specialized in the beauty, food and lifestyle industries, she recently joined NellyRodi in September 2016 as Beauty Director, with a mission to inspire and accompany beauty actors in their reflections about their future. Charlotte previously worked as Consulting Director for the Branding department of Marketing Consulting Firm, Equancy since early 2010. There, she managed strategic brand positioning and visual expression projects, including the creation and international implementation of brand platforms for global beauty players. She also held Brand Strategy classes at SciencesPo Paris for 4 years. As a Chinese-speaking French consultant, she set up the Marketing and Branding agency Band in Shanghai in 2005 and developed strategy for international and local clients in China. During her six years of work experience in China, Charlotte developed a passion for understanding the cultural impact on purchasing attitudes and expectations towards Brands. Having lived in Brazil, the US, Singapore and China, she constantly cultivates her openness to the world.

Graduated with a specialization on cinema history and critics. Once she started working for RCS, she worked with focus on fashion for a long time. Today she's Beauty Director at IoDonna and Director of Imagine . She loves to catch up all the changes of the beauty universe and its trends, keeping an eye on the case histories and the protagonists of the past who made the success of this sector. Cinema is still a strong inspiration for her because through images you can learn to discover Beauty in all its multiple aspects

Didier Arthaud, an urban, committed and optimistic man.

Michelle Williams is the owner of the Michelle Williams Group company in New York, Ms. Williams experience spans over 25 years in the Beauty Industry. Her career started in the retail chain of Federated Department stores that included Bloomingdales where she was a buyer of fragrances.  She rose to VP of Federated Corporate offices for Cosmetics division where she oversaw a $1.8 billion dollar business for 480 stores.  In 2002 she launched her own company to consult and launch emerging brands in the beauty industry including color cosmetics, skin care, fragrance and mens brands,  She is also author of Beauty Entrepreneurs.
