> Elie Papiernik - Centdegres (Moderator)

Graduated from the École Nationale Supérieure de Création Industrielle, Elie Papiernik is a designer. After his studies, he moved to Hong- Kong where he met David Nitlich. Together, they founded their first design studio and developed their passion for Asian culture. In 1988, they both moved back to Paris and created centdegrés : an independant design agency renowned for its specific and selective vision mixing talent and corporate values. For 20 years, Elie has been leading the creative side of the agency. He looks for pertinence and originality in any solution, and enjoys erasing the irrelevant ‘background noise’ in projects. He always seeks the essence of things which is what immediately connects people. Integrity is his guiding force in his creative process.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

> Jackie Mantle, General Manager, HCP Packaging UK

Jackie Mantle is General Manager of HCP Packaging UK, with vast experience in sales and marketing, leading the development of the marketing and new packaging design for HCP globally. In 2005, Jackie started the first HCP sales office in the UK, successfully building sales in UK/Europe/Middle East to USD$46 million in compacts; lipsticks; lipglosses and mascaras, skincare products and caps for fragrance and nail products. A self-starter, she has a proven track record, with experience in purchasing and selling for major global companies in the cosmetics and toiletries sector, including Procter & Gamble and Revlon and Albéa, Rexam and HCT.

 

 

 

 

> Chloe Murciano, Marketing Manager Full Service, Albéa

Chloe Murciano is Marketing Manager, Full Service at Albéa. In line with the latest market and consumer trends, from lifestyle to beauty via home and travel, she puts together Fall/Winter/Spring/Summer collections made of cosmetic packaging, accessories and formulas. She also contributes to the relentless packaging innovation that is a hallmark of Albéa – either designed in-house or sourced from socially-compliant industrial partners. Chloe holds an MBA in Luxury Brand Marketing and International Management as well as a Master in English, Economy, and Management. She has spent most of her professional life in purchase, sales and marketing.
