In 1984, a young entrepreneur graduated in pharmaceutical sciences, sensing the importance of decentralized cosmetic make-up production, founded Gamma Croma, a third party cosmetic manufacturer. This company started with 3 people in 120 mq and rapidly became a worldwide leader. For 24 years, Renato Ancorotti dedicated both to the management of his firm and to the professional growth of his daughter Enrica, transmitting her the same entrepreneurial passion for the cosmetic world. He sold Gamma Croma in 2008 when the company was already the second cosmetic contract manufacturer in the world, with 350 workers in 20.000 sqm, and became president of ANCOROTTI COSMETICS. ANCOROTTI COSMETICS GROUP operates in R&D and manufacture of make-up and skin care products for the main international brands. The expertise and the engagement to anticipate the forthcoming market desires has made ANCOROTTI COSMETICS a recognized leader in the formulation of eye and lip make ups (mascara, eyeliner, kajal, back injected powders, lipsticks and lip glosses).
As president, he is responsible for the overall management of the business to develop new projects in the cosmetic industry. He develops the export strategy activity of the company, mainly in the field of volume of the sales, profitability investment and foreign countries development.

Christina Fontana is Senior Manager, Business Development of Alibaba Italy since December 2015.
American roots and training at the University of Berkeley in California, Christina Fontana has gained significant experience in the digital industry. Before joining Alibaba she has been for nearly three years the President of Sportal Italy. An experience, that of digital applied to the sports sector, that she likes so much to start her own company specialized in the promotion of sports teams and brands through the new digital channels. Her resourcefulness brings her to join TIM in 2001, where with the role of Senior Account Manager she represents important customers for the leader company of the mobile telecommunications in Italy.
This opens her the way in the world of telecommunications, and in 2006 she joins H3G as Responsible Manager for 3Tech division, to become Head of International Sales. Later, in 2011, she becomes Country Manager for Italy of Hipay, where she explores and manages the important and delicate aspects of electronic payments and the development of Fintech services.
With this important background, in 2015 Christina was called to fill the role of Senior Manager, Business Development of Alibaba Italy, with a particular focus on the areas of fashion, design and furniture.
