Maria Luisa Pezzali will moderate the meeting and Luciano Bertinelli, Decio Masu, Michelangelo Liuni and Micaela Giamberti will participate. The main perfumery subjects to be addressed include new distribution channels, training, promotion of the sector and the evolution of consumers. Participants will also analyse the opportunities open to this industry, which has enormous growth potential, from diverse perspectives.

Journalist at Radio 24. She is also the author and presenter of "Being and Having", the magazine of  Radio 24  targeting consumption and new trends. She is convinced of the fact that the web, retail, fashion, design, advertising and marketing may keep many stories to tell and future signals to be detected.












> Luciano Bertinelli, CEO, Ferragamo Profumo

Born in Rome on 25th September 1956, Mr Bertinelli studied Statistical Science, Demographics and Economics. He then began a long-standing career with Bulgari. He had taken on the role of Sales Director in the Perfume Division, when he came into contact with Ferragamo through a joint venture between the two fragrance brands at the time. Once the joint venture was completed, Luciano Bertinelli moved over to Salvatore Ferragamo Parfums first as Worldwide Managing Director, then as CEO in 2008. The following April he was elected President of the Accademia del Profumo. Two years later, he assumed another role as Licensing Director for watches and glasses by the Salvatore Ferragamo Group.





> Decio Masu. President, Cosmint

Doctor in Industrial Chemistry at the University of Milan, was president and founder of Esmeralda Sp Zoo. He is currently president of Cosmint Spa and Tatra Spring Sp. Z00 Doctor in Industrial Chemistry at Milan University.









> Michelangelo Liuni, President, Fenapro

Mr Liuni is a Chartered Accountant and Statutory Auditor who is specialised in the national and international corporate and fiscal area. After receiving a degree in Business & Economics from Bari, he continued these studies in Dublin, placing an emphasis on corporate development and tax systems. When he returned to Bari, he focused on consulting then became a public administration functionary, holding the position of Head of Economics on staff with the Mayor of Bari (Organisation and Strategic Plan for the City). Mr Liuni moved on then to consulting for different public administrations in developing strategic plans on behalf of a consortium comprising Deloitte Consulting, SDA Bocconi, Euresgroup and Cresme Ricerche. Following this experience, he continued to work as consultant through his own business, focusing on corporations, tax systems and corporate management to relaunch companies or manage generational transitions within them. In 2007 he became Sole Administrator of Profumeria Pepe S.r.l., a historic company in the luxury fragrance sector. In 2016 he was elected President of FENAPRO and in 2017, Vice President of FEDP.




> Micaela Giamberti, Director – Fragrances, Mane Italia

After receiving a degree in Economics from Università Cattolica of Milan, Mrs Giamberti began her career in the Luxury Division at L’Oreal, Lancome Italia, where she had an exceptional experience in sales and marketing. Following this, she dedicated her time to B2B for essence manufacturers and found her calling in the world of perfume. She is currently the Fragrance Division Director at Mane Italy, Spain and Portugal. She collaborates with the Economic Department at the University of Padua lecturing on the subject of Olfactory Marketing and with the Polimoda of Florence lecturing on the History of Perfume. She is a Board Member of the Accademia del Profumo and Advisory Board Member of CENTRIMARKat the Università Cattolica of Milan.
