TRENITALIA: customers who purchased tickets, up to 23 February 2020, to travel with Frecce, Freccialink, Intercity, Intercity Notte, Eurocity, Euronight and Regional trains can request a full refund from Trenitalia for any trip cancelled due to the Coronavirus, regardless of the ticket price.
