To reset your password please click HERE and select “RESET PASSWORD”. Type the email address you have used for your registration, and we will send you the instructions to reset it.

Probably you have already used the email during a previous registration on our website.
In case you have forgotten your password you recover it (look up the previous question) and log in with the credentials already registered. If the email is not accepted anyway, it is necessary to register again with a different e-mail address.

You can ask for another activation email by clicking HERE and selecting “SEND AGAIN ACTIVATION MAIL”.

We also suggest checking if by any chance the activation email is in your spam inbox.

No, it is not possible: in order to complete the registration and then be able to purchase your ticket, each user must register with his/her email address.

If more employees working for the same company/beauty center register on our website, each one will enter his/her email address and repeat the requested information about the company/beauty center. 

Once registered, it is no longer possible to change your email address.

If you need to use a different email address, it will be necessary to register again with the email address of your choice.

The Cosmoprof Worldwide Bologna Buyer Program offers its community an exclusive experience with dedicated access and hospitality packages. Moreover, there is the possibility to access the Buyer Lounges and have the support of the Incoming Team.

Once your application has been evaluated (within a week at most), you will receive a feedback email.  The review process is a necessary step that helps us ensure the integrity of our community. We carefully consider each application. 

Considering the large number of requests, we thank you in advance for waiting for the completion of the process.

An application may be rejected if the company does not meet the required criteria. The Buyer Team will be available for any further clarification.

Once your application has been accepted, you will receive an email from the Incoming Team with details of the benefits reserved to you.
