Pursuant to art. 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (hereinafter "GDPR"), BolognaFiere Comsoprof SpA (hereinafter the "Company" or "BolognaFiere Cosmoprof"), as Data Controller, informs you that the personal data you voluntarily provide or acquired through third parties, by filling in this form, will be processed for the sole purpose of ensuring the registration of accesses and the traceability of participants to the Cosmoprof Worldwide Bologna event (hereinafter "Exhibition"), in compliance with the provisions aimed at containing the spread of the Covid-19 epidemic. These activities are necessary in order to allow you to acquire the entrance pass to the Exhibition.

Personal data will be processed in compliance with the GDPR and with the aforementioned provisions regarding the containment of the epidemiological emergency, and in any case, in compliance with the principles of confidentiality which inspire the activity of BolognaFiere Cosmoprof.

1. CATEGORIES OF PROCESSED DATA AND CATEGORIES OF INTERESTED PARTIES

Within the limits of the purposes pursued and in the manner indicated in this disclaimer, BolognaFiere Cosmoprof processes the following categories of data:

• Identifying data (such as name, surname);
• contact details (such as address, email and telephone number).

These data are provided by the suppliers or partners of BolognaFiere Cosmoprof, by Visitors, by guests or by Exhibitors of the Exhibition and may refer to subjects who, for various reasons, attend to the Exhibition.

It should be noted that the Exhibitors may also provide data of the personnel taking part to the Exhibition. Schools that, as Visitors, access to the reserved area of ​​the Website, will be required to provide the personal data of their students (including underage subjects) who attend to the Event.

2. PURPOSE AND LEGAL BASIS FOR THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

Personal data are processed to ensure the registration of accesses to the Exhibition and to ensure the traceability of participants to the Exhibition, in compliance with the provisions in force regarding the prevention of epidemiological emergencies. The legal basis of this processing constitutes of the need to fulfil to legal obligations to which the data controller is subject according to the aforementioned applicable law.

3. PROVISION OF DATA AND CONSEQUENCES OF ANY REFUSAL

The provision of data is mandatory to attend to the Exhibition. Failure to provide the requested data will result in the impossibility to acquire the entrance pass to the Exhibition and therefore to take part to the Exhibition.

4. RECIPIENTS OF PERSONAL DATA

Personal data may be made accessible, brought to the attention of or communicated to the internal staff of BolognaFiere Cosmoprof, or to third parties (such as BolognaFiere SpA) which BolognaFiere Cosmoprof avails of for the management of reception and access control services, appointed as External data processors pursuant to art. 28 of the GDPR.

The data will also be communicated to the supplier Vivaticket S.p.A who, on behalf of BolognaFiere Cosmoprof, issues the pass to access the Exhibition, as external data processor.

Personal data may also be communicated to the competent Authorities on the basis of specific regulatory provisions on the prevention of the epidemiological emergency.

5. DURATION OF THE PROCESSING

The data will be processed for the time strictly necessary to pursue the aforementioned purposes. Subsequently, the data will be stored for a period of 15 days from the end of the Exhibition, after which they will be deleted, except for any legal obligations.

6. RIGHTS OF THE INTERESTED PARTY

We inform you that at any time in relation to your data, you will be able to exercise the rights (e.g. right of access, rectification, cancellation, etc.) provided for in article 15 and subsequent articles of the GDPR, by sending requests to [email protected]; an answer to your request will be provided with suitable feedback without delay within 30 (thirty) days, if any, upon receipt of the request, subject to compliance with current legislation.

In any case, if you believe that your rights have been infringed or that the processing made by BolognaFiere Cosmoprof comply with current legislation, you can file an appeal to the competent supervisory authority which, in our case, is the Authority for the protection of personal data, without prejudice to any other administrative or judicial remedies.
