Hairdressing, besides being a profession, is a family business for Francesco; the family salon where he grew up is located in the heart of Naples and has been open since 1941. His work is his passion and this has led him to meet people from all over the world, travelling and training in international realities.

Today he is a member of Intercoiffure and for years has taken part in international contests where he has often been a finalist, AIPP and Alternative Hair Show in London, but also a winner, TrendBlast.

With the Mr Xenon brand he has opened several salons over the years; the brand's collections are published in the most important Italian and foreign trade magazines. He often works backstage for national and international commercials and fashion shows.
