Tickets

Admission is reserved for industry professionals only, upon registration.

There is a difference in cost between tickets purchased online and at the show. There are also four- and five-day passes available. Tickets offer access to all three salons of Cosmoprof Worldwide Bologna, excluding Pavilion 14, Cosmoprime, which is a selective-admission area. Click here to discover the access requirements.

Bologna Central Station is only 15 minutes from BolognaFiere and is connected to the entrances of Piazza Costituzione and Viale Aldo Moro by TPer bus routes numbered 35 and 38.

PARKING

Parking lots for visitors can be found right near the trade fair’s entrances. The daily cost is around €20.

Buses for visitors have a specific parking lot: P8 BUS ( Parco Nord Parking).
Buses are not allowed to carry out passengers loading and unloading operations near the exhibition entrances Michelino – Nord – Costituzione.
Buses will be directed to P8 BUS Parking, where a free shuttle bus will take visitors to NORD ENTRANCE. The daily cost for bus parking is € 25.00

Information and services for visitors with mobility difficulties

People with disabilities interested in visiting Cosmoprof Worldwide Bologna will pay for the ticket, but they will be given a discount. In addition, if verified, a free ticket will be issued to the accompanying person.

These tickets are not available online because it is necessary to provide documentation on site to certify the disability.

It will be possible to buy the ticket at every ticket office. The free ticket for the accompanying person is provided if the visitor with disability, Italian or foreign, has the documentation specified above. The accompanying person must be at least 18 years old and must be able to provide assistance during the visit (travel, guide or assistance in case of evacuation).
There are (manual push) wheelchairs for those with mobility difficulties, available at the trade show entrances.

BolognaFiere Cosmoprof offers the possibility to benefit from wheelchairs or electric wheelchairs (4-wheel scooters) for people with mobility difficulties.

These types of supports will be available at the following entrances: OVEST COSTITUZIONE, NORD and EST MICHELINO.

They will be assigned directly at the exhibition by BOLOGNAFIERE Personnel, until availability is exhausted, upon delivery of the user's identity card.

For those who request it in advance, you can book an electric wheelchair for € 30 + VAT per day.

All areas of the exhibition center are accessible. Reserved parking can be found at the Via Michelino and Piazza Costituzione entrances.

Wheelchair-accessible taxis are available by contacting Cotabo at least 24 hours in advance.
