Since 2018 he has been Managing Director of Aliplast S.p.A., a company of the HERA Group, leader in Europe in the recycling and processing of plastics. It has the responsibility to ensure the management of the recycling activities of waste and industrial waste and urban plastic to make them back to being a resource by sustainably managing the integrated cycle of plastic. It oversees the processing and converting of recycled plastic into sustainable packaging, also through closed-loop projects on a European scale.

He joined the Hera Group in 2013 and has held diversified and increasingly responsible roles, first in holding alongside the Director of Strategic Planning and Regulatory Affairs and then moved to the AcegasApsAmga Group as Director of Planning, Control, Integrations and Relations Local Authorities. Previously, after a short experience as a consultant in PwC in the field of the management of projects financed by the European Union, since 2001 he joined A.T. Kearney Italy where he has followed with growing responsibility projects on domestic and international customers in various industrial sectors: telecommunications, utilities, high tech & media, consumer goods.
