Hayley has been working as a Massage/Holistic Therapist since she started College 17 years ago. Since then, she has won many awards for her work, including CIDESCOs Global Massage Therapist of the year 2023.
However most notably, Hayley is known for her Massage4MentalHealth Campaign, and her new course for Massage professionals. She is working to bring Massage Therapy forward as a treatment option for those living with Mental Health conditions. Driven by her own story of trauma, subsequent Mental Health struggles and professional experience, she’s incredibly passionate about the incredible benefits of Massage Therapy.
