She was born on May 14, 1966, in Verona, Italy. His training in the nail industry began in the late 1990s. In the early 2000s he obtained the Certificate in Eubiotic Cosmetology and, shortly after, decided to embark on the path as a trainer, succeeding, in 2002, to access the American Master's Degree. In 2003 was the breakthrough year: he opened his first Nails Center in Verona, still in full development. In 2007, he began his personal battle for the recognition of the profession of nail technician.

The following years are crucial for Nicoletta. She decided to take charge of the demands coming from the entire professional category, fighting for the rights of all nail technicians, and then founded, in 2017, the OPA Association, Onicotecnici Professionisti Associati. In 2017, OPA took part in the technical tables of the Veneto Region to discuss the implementation of the Regional Stability Law: the crucial point was Article 112 of the Regional Finance Act, where it was declared that, the activity of nail application and decoration, is an activity not subject to Law 1/1990. Tables that, however, did not lead to the implementation of the law itself.

In the following year OPA is in the Senate of the Italian Republic as an expert in the field.

In 2020, the further turning point: the association with Conflavoro PMI - National Confederation of Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises - was born with the aim of taking charge of the instances of the category. Thanks to Conflavoro PMI, important appointments follow one another over the years, thanks to the work of National President Roberto Capobianco and his staff: meetings with the various regional realities; institutional referents from Veneto, Sicily, Del Piemonte and Emilia Romagna, hint at the efforts to date, for the recognition of the category.
