Maggie Ciafardini is a highly respected beauty executive specializing in marketing, sales, and brand development within the high-end makeup/skincare and fragrance industries. After an extensive and successful career in the luxury beauty space, Maggie launched her own consulting company, Maggie Ciafardini, Inc, in 2015.

Maggie leverages her impeccable relationships with retailers and distributors alike, helping clients by focusing on overseeing the expansion of business while maintaining brand integrity; and structuring/restructuring business models, organizations, and marketing strategies to meet the needs of high-end retailers.

Maggie’s client focus is small, entrepreneurial indie and foreign brands, helping them to enter and/or expand their presence in the US market. She has assembled a multi- function team of experts that are on call to support her clients at every stage of development. Some of her client brands have included Bioeffect, Floral Street, Knesko, Shore Magic, Biography and Vella to name a few.

Ciafardini was previously Managing Director of the Americas for St Tropez (PZ Cussons Beauty). She was appointed to the position in 2011 and spearheaded the American strategy across the Americas for the St Tropez brand. From the PZ Cussons Americas headquarters in New York City, Maggie also built and developed the PZ Cussons Beauty team across the U.S, Canada, Mexico and Brazil. During her tenure distribution exploded from 30 doors to around 2,000 and sales grew into the tens of millions while delivering significant profits. 

Previously, Maggie was CEO of YSL Beauty USA where she led the Beauty and Fragrance Division and was directly responsible for the distribution, sales and marketing functions of this $100+ million business.

Prior to that, Maggie was General Manager for Beaute Prestige International USA managing sales over $50 million; and Executive Director for Sales/Training for Bobbi Brown International, after having held other positions of responsibility at the Estee Lauder Companies in both the domestic and international divisions.
