He has a proven track record of achieving rapid growth by driving consumer-centric innovation, sustainability, execution excellence, change management, and business transformation in complex, fast-paced environments.

He is currently the Head of Global Packaging R&D leading teams across the entire portfolio of Skin Health & Beauty, Essential Health, and Self Care segments in all regions at Kenvue, the world’s largest pure-play consumer health company by revenue. From Tylenol and Neutrogena to Bandaid and Listerine, Kenvue’s iconic brands serve the needs of nearly 1.2 Billion global consumers.

He has previously held key leadership roles at Johnson & Johnson and Estee Lauder Companies.
