CEO Layla Cosmetics

Babila Spagnolo was born in Milan in 1977. After studying psychology, she embarked on a long training at Layla, the Milanese company founded by her grandfather Commendatore Emanuele Rossetti and led by her mother Emma Rossetti until 2019. He trains from the bottom up, discovering the company in every sector, from warehouses, to production, to sales. Her journey proceeds together with Alessandro Di Fuccia with whom she plans both her emotional present and the future of Layla Cosmetics. Alessandro is one of the top experts in the Italian cosmetology industry and today holds the position of Research and Development Manager. Babila, after 12 years in the role of Export Manager and 7 years in the role of Sales Director Italy, has been Layla Cosmetics Ceo since 2019. Layla Cosmetics under the leadership of Babila Spagnolo soon becomes one of the main Italian players in its segment, invents a new communication code and successfully expands its proposals also in the skincare sector. Since June 2021 he has been President of the Cosmetics for Aesthetics Group.
