Born in 1966, Domenico Scordari developed a deep love for nature from an early age, spending time with elderly farmers to learn about traditional herbal remedies. This passion led him to explore natural solutions for well-being, eventually shaping his entrepreneurial journey.

In 1989, he founded N&B, a small artisanal laboratory specializing in plant extracts and natural products. Driven by a commitment to quality and sustainability, he built a short supply chain in Salento, integrating cultivation, extraction, and organic cosmetics production under the company’s guiding principle, "People & Planet First."

Today, N&B is a Benefit Corporation and a private label company in organic cosmetics, boasting over 35 years of expertise.

The company has gained international recognition, creating customized formulations for global brands and earning the trust in over 60 countries worldwide.

Beyond business, Scordari is deeply committed to environmental and community initiatives. His project, "Martano Città dell'Aloe," transformed the local identity and raised awareness about sustainability.

In 2011, he expanded his vision by creating Naturalis Bio Resort & Spa, a luxury eco-retreat where nature and well-being harmoniously coexist.

Recognized for his work in innovation and sustainability, he received an honorary degree in 2018. He continues to drive progress by developing modern, eco-friendly laboratories, building the way for the future of green cosmetics.
