In recent months, the cosmetics business unit of the Marchesini Group has received many requests from the cosmetics market regarding mixers and filling systems for liquid products such as serums and lotions, oils, or emulsions. These technologies are essential in the cosmetics industry, where precision, hygiene, and product integrity are fundamental. Mixers, in particular, must ensure homogeneous blending of delicate formulations, often rich in active and natural ingredients. Alongside these solutions are also machines for filling liquid products, designed to handle a wide range of viscosities with maximum precision and minimal waste, as well as secondary packaging machines that must ensure the integration of traceability and aggregation systems.

The Marchesini Group is investing heavily in the development of complete turnkey solutions that are increasingly flexible and aligned with the needs of the cosmetics industry. The new generation of machines is designed to simplify cleaning operations, automate processes, reduce changeover times, and optimize overall machine and production line efficiency. The goal is to offer customers technologies that not only guarantee high performance but also adapt seamlessly to dynamic and diversified production environments, where speed and versatility are key factors. With this in mind, Marchesini Group Beauty will showcase at the Bologna trade show, at booth A9, hall 19, several solutions for primary and secondary packaging of liquid products, including in particular a complete line for perfume packaging. The production of these products, in particular, requires great attention and strict quality controls, in a context still characterized by numerous manual operations.

 

To meet these needs, Marchesini Group Beauty will exhibit a line that consists of: robotized Vibrotech machines for the handling and automatic loading of empty jars and overcaps, followed by an Axomatic filling and capping machine equipped with a bottle cleaning station with blow/suction, a liquid dosing unit with syringes and suction for level filling, as well as advanced feeding systems with pick & place technology. The offering is completed by V2 engineering solutions, which include vertical cartoners for boxing bottles with liner insertion; a range of automatic wrappers capable of handling numerous types of products with heat-sealable film and side sealing; and lastly, a cartopallet system that inserts finished products into cartons and palletizes them, also integrating a traceability and aggregation system.

 

Marchesini Group Beauty, the cosmetics division of the Marchesini Group, manufactures machines and lines for processing and packaging cosmetic products.
