Suzie Wokabi® is best known as the Founder of SuzieBeauty, Kenya’s first beauty brand and an African trailblazer in creating a bespoke product for the African woman, by an African woman. The brand revolutionized the local beauty industry and has earned Suzie a permanent place in Kenya’s beauty Hall of Fame. She will be launching her second beauty brand in 2024, SB Dada, a disruptor in beautytech in Africa.
To date, Suzie’s work has been featured in countless local glossy magazines. She has graced the covers of local and international magazines, been featured in vibrant design and lifestyle hubs, worked on numerous media houses and productions, been interviewed by world renowned journalists, and sponsored major beauty and fashion events on the continent. She has been a speaker and panelist on countless platforms on the continent and globally and holds 36 award nominations and/or wins under her belt to date. Suzie is also a member of the Grand Jury of the World Retail Awards, a Women In Business Awards and Cosmopack Awards judge. She sits on the Cosmetics Technical Committee for the Kenya Bureau of Standards (KEBS).
