Julia Hoffmann joined the BIOGENA group over 9 years ago, becoming a member of the Board of Directors at just 27. As Chief Operating Officer, she oversees scientific development, marketing, human resources, legal affairs, administration, and BIOGENA PLAZA medical day spas. Since 2020, she has also been a member of the Austrian Consumer Health Association board. Her growth at BIOGENA has been marked by diverse roles and increasing responsibilities, driven by discipline, strategy, and a values-based approach.

With the goal of establishing BIOGENA as a global high-quality health brand, Julia drives innovation and plays a key role in shaping the company’s future. Her passion for longevity, dedication to improving health, and focus on quality of life are of great inspiration for her team.

As a step-mother of five, she proves that balancing work and personal life is possible. Julia is an inspiring voice for female leadership, encouraging women to confidently and courageously pursue their paths.
