Opening dates and hours

All Cosmoprof salons and sectors will open simultaneously on Thursday, March 26.

Opening hours:
For visitors: daily from 9:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.
For exhibitors: daily from 8:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.

Cosmopack, dedicated to the supply chain, and Cosmo Perfumery & Cosmetics, that hosts companies and retail operators for the Perfumery and Cosmetics sector, will open from Thursday 26 to Saturday 28 March.

Cosmo Hair, Nail & Beauty Salon will open from Thursday, March 26 simultaneously with Cosmopack and CosmoPerfumery & Cosmetics and will close on Sunday, March 29.

The “Guglielmo Marconi” international airport is served by numerous carriers that connect Bologna with Italian, European and non-European destinations. The airport is 4 km from the fair district.

Bologna Exhibition Centre is easily reachable from many Italian cities, its ring road acts as a hub between the major highways.

The main entrance of Cosmoprof Worldwide Bologna is in Piazza della Costituzione, 5, 40128 Bologna (Italy).

Bologna Central Station is one of the largest railway hubs at national and European level. It is only 10 minutes from the Exhibition Center and it is connected by bus to the entrances Costituzione and Aldo Moro.

PARKING

Visitor parking lots are located in close proximity to the fairground entrances:

● Michelino Entrance: Multipiano Michelino Parking Lot
● Nord Entrance: Multipiano Michelino Parking Lot and Parco Nord Parking Lot
● Calzoni and Costituzione Entrances: Multipiano Calzoni - P2 Parking Lot (open from 26th to 28th March)
● Costituzione Entrance: Costituzione Parking Lot

The daily cost is €24.

PARKING FOR BUSES

Buses must park at the "Parco Nord" parking lot, Via Stalingrado 81. The daily cost is €30.00.

Free TPER shuttles (buses) will be available which will connect the "Parcheggio Nord" car park to the fair (NORTH ENTRANCE), with a frequency of around 3/4 minutes.

Information and services for visitors with mobility difficulties

People with disabilities interested in visiting Cosmoprof Worldwide Bologna will need to purchase their ticket at a discounted price. In addition, if verified, a free ticket will be issued to the accompanying person.

These tickets are not available online because it is necessary to provide documentation on site to certify the disability.

Manual push wheelchairs for individuals with mobility impairment are available (in a limited number and without reservation) at the trade show entrances, and can be requested to the BolognaFiere staff.

For those who request it in advance, you can rent an electric wheelchair. Reservations can be made via email, at the BolognaFiere sales office: [email protected].

Accessibility is granted throughout the exhibition center in all the areas open to the public.

Reserved parking lots are available at the entrances of Via Michelino and Piazza Costituzione.

Wheelchair-accessible taxis are available by contacting Cotabo at least 24 hours in advance CLICK HERE.
