Cosmo Academy - EmpowHER in Beauty demonstrates how business can become a powerful driver of social impact. Cosmo Academy provides training programs for young people from the slums of Mumbai and from fragile family contexts, giving them the opportunity to acquire real, practical skills that can immediately be applied in the job market. Each training cycle lasts four months and focuses on three key areas:
- Esthetics
- Hairstyling
- Bridal Makeup
To date, more than 95% of the students trained by the PJC Foundation have secured employment, highlighting the transformative impact of this initiative.
